This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract which will bind you to PETIT INDI BABY SL. We thus ask you to read these carefully, reminding you that we are available to clear up any doubts that you may have, through our Customer Service. We ask you to carefully read these conditions before using the web site. By using this web site or making a purchase on the site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions and therefore, if you do not agree to these Conditions, you should not use this web site. These Conditions may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to read these conditions periodically given that the Conditions existing at the time of the use of the web site or the establishment of a contract, will be those applied.

All the products on our web page have detailed information about the available colours, size and materials used, as well as photos of the product.

To place your order you must go through the on-line purchasing procedure and accept payment. After formalizing this step you will receive an electronic mail confirming acceptance of the order. We are available to clear up any doubts that you may have about orders through hello@petit-indi.com

PETIT INDI BABY SL has complaint forms. If you wish to make use of them, you can ask us to send them writing an email at hello@petit-indi.com

PETIT INDI BABY SL will supply the products subject to their availability. Consequently, if it were impossible to supply the products included in the order made for any reason, PETIT INDI BABY SL. will give you information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving you the right to accept the replacement product that PETIT INDI BABY SL offers you. As an alternative, if you are not interested in the product offered by PETIT INDI BABY SL, we will proceed to refund any sum which you have paid in accordance with Section 104 of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007.

We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.

Our garments are made with care using premium quality fabrics. To keep them looking good over time we recommend you to follow these care instructions:

Wash similar colors together
Wash prints inside out.
Close all zippers.
Use cool machine wash on a normal cycle (avoid a hot wash, as this contributes to fabric shrinking).
Use regular detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener under any circumstances (your garment couldn’t be any comfortable).
Use a microfiber catching laundry.
Do not iron prints or labels.

Some of our products are garment dyed. This means the garment is made, then dyed. The benefit of garment dye process is no shrinkage. If the garment fits right after the first time you put it on, it will fit right for as long as you own it. This is because the fabric has been washed and dried twice. Also, garment dye results in a softer feel and richer color.
We recommend to follow these care instructions noted below:
Wash these articles separately.

Do not rub dark garments against light surfaces.
It is recommended to gently handwash these items upside down with cold water and neutral liquid detergent. However, do not soak it for a long period, as it may cause shrinking or the color may fade.
Do not rub when using stain-remover.
Line dry the garments. 

It is recommended to gently wash the linen fabrics.
Do not bleach.
Do not dry clean.
Do not iron over 150º.
Do not tumble dry. 

Please note that washing instructions are printed on a tag inside our clothes. Following our garment instructions will help make sure that your clothes has a long life.

The price of products is as stated on this website. In the event of PETIT INDI BABY SL detecting any error as regards the price, we will get in touch with you immediately, offering you the chance to cancel the order made or to replace your order with the proper price. If it were not possible to get in touch with you for three days from when PETIT INDI BABY SL learns of this error, we would proceed to cancel the order and refund you the sums paid.

The prices that are included in the web page include the V.A.T. but exclude the shipment costs, which will be added to the total amount due for purchase of the product. The national and EU shipment costs include the V.A.T.

Non EU Countries: the costs of customs, duties, taxes and any other sum which have to be paid to perform delivery of the products in a country which is not a member of the European Union will be for your account. We recommend to request information at your local customs office in order to calculate any eventual additional fees. In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, PETIT INDI BABY SL reserves the right to charge you both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

PETIT INDI BABY SL reserves the right to change prices, products, offers and commercial conditions.
All PETIT INDI BABY SL products include Value Added Tax (VAT), excluding any other fee, charge, or tax.

From the moment of reception of the articles, any risks that apply to the articles is the e responsibility of the Client/Purchaser.

The client acquires the ownership of the products at the time that the Company receives payment in full of the amounts due, including the cost of delivery or at the moment of their delivery (as stated in the previous clause), if this does not take place until a later date.

The choice of the payment method is made during the checkout process on the corresponding step. PETIT INDI BABY SL guarantees that it uses secure payment systems of top-level financial institutions in electronic commerce. As a complementary measure and to cooperate in preventing fraud by electronic channels, PETIT INDI BABY SL reserves the right to verify your data and adopt any means it considers fit (including cancellation of the order) so that the product is delivered in accordance with the details that you gave in your order.

Customer will pay shipping costs for the delivery of the order. The delivery time shall not exceed 15 days since the purchase date. If we exceed this delivery time, except in case of a reason beyond our control, you may cancel the order. Deliveries will be shipped to the address specified by the customer, a home address, a workplace address or any other desired address. It is not necessary for the delivery and invoice addresses to be the same. You will receive a notification 24h prior to delivery.

In the case of unsuccessful delivery because you are absent, the shipping company will leave a notification and will try to contact you by phone. After two attempts, you will need to contact the shipping company in order to arrange the delivery.

Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or show signs of having been opened. Make a claim to the carrier and send us a copy of the claim.
